Of course, many pottery enterprises will stop kilns in mid-January 2017 or later, and even some enterprises still insist on production during the Spring Festival.

Guangdong production area: The end of December will usher in the peak period of kiln shutdown

Recently, in addition to some ceramic enterprises forced to stop production due to environmental problems, many ceramic enterprises have gradually stopped kilns as planned. According to industry sources, the time of the kiln stop varies, but the kiln will generally stop for maintenance from December 20, and the latest time is expected to stop the kiln from January 13 to 15. For example, The kiln stop time of New Pearl Ceramics is expected to be on December 28, the kiln stop time of Dongpeng Ceramics is expected to be from the end of December to January 13, the kiln stop time of Hongyu Ceramics is expected to be on January 1, the kiln stop time of Huiya Ceramics is expected to be on December 26, the kiln stop time of Yonghang Ceramics is expected to be on January 15, the kiln stop time of Mingjia Ceramics is expected to be on December 25, Jialian Ceramics The kiln stop time is expected to be December 28, in addition, Jinyi Pottery ceramics, new Donglong ceramics has stopped a part of the kiln, and then the kiln will be stopped one after another. Jiangxi production area: There are pottery enterprises during the Spring Festival non-stop kiln

According to the person in charge of a local upstream supply enterprise in Gao 'an, the construction pottery enterprises that do not meet the environmental protection standards have stopped kilns before December 15, while the general pottery enterprises are expected to stop kilns from the end of December to January 10. Sichuan production area: The shutdown time will be delayed compared with previous years

For example, Guangle Ceramics is expected to maintain the normal operation of some production lines during the Spring Festival, Shengshi Oriental Ceramics is expected to stop kiln maintenance after the middle of January next year, Xingaofeng Ceramics is expected to stop kiln maintenance in January next year, Huahong Ceramics is expected to stop kiln maintenance a few days before the Spring Festival, and Jintao ceramics is expected to keep the porcelain brick throwing production line during the Spring Festival. Other production lines will be stopped for maintenance.

According to a local industry source in Jiajiang, Sichuan Jiajiang and Jiangxi, Shandong and other places are not the same situation, due to the rise in coal prices in September this year, many enterprises to switch to natural gas production, about 60% of the ceramic factory production are using natural gas, so the Jiajiang production area has not been much affected, there are not many ceramic enterprises stopped kiln. He said that the current Jiajiang production area of low-grade bricks such as crystal bricks, antique bricks and other sales situation is better, a little short of supply. This year, Jiajiang production area has added 6 full-cast glaze production lines, the output is more than 35,000 square/day, due to the increase in production, now Jiajiang full-cast glaze product competition is more fierce.

Fujian production area: different kiln shutdown conditions

In Jinjiang production area, enterprises have begun to stop kilns, but because enterprises use natural gas production, there are not many temporarily stopped kilns.
